Ofcourse Maharashtra domicile Holder can only apply for Maharashtra private colleges,But dy Patil medical College comes under deemed university which counselling is conducted by AIQ counseling not through maharastra state counselling. So in this AIQ counseling any state students can participate for the counselling and take admission without producing domicile certificate. Some deemed university colleges name are dy Patil pune,
Rural medical College,pimps loni
Jamia hamdard medical College,delhi
Santosh medical College Uttar Pradesh
Jss medical College, Mysore
Amrita medical College,kochi.
These are some examples of deemed university college in which admission takes through AIQ counseling. Here you don't need to provide domicile.

Sir the cut off that you have mentioned is it for non management or management. And if management then what is the cut off for non management seat.

Abhishek Gupta Through AIQ counselling there are only two types of seats management and nri quota seats in Dr. Dy Patil. NRI cut off goes more lower than management quota. I have mentioned management quota cut off that is 200+ marks will get you seat in this college.

Abhishek Gupta There is no donation in any category in any medical College of India. This was the reason why neet come into play from 2016.
But NRI seats fee will be 1.5-2 times more than normal management quota fees. Example management quota fee in dy Patil is around 24-25lakhs/ annum while for NRI quota will be approx 40 lakh/annum (note this is not actual data for fee).
Because of high fees the cut off marks also goes low for the nri quota students.
