i am a nri but I've studied in india since nursery and i wanted to know that if i get 1-50 rank in neet, can i get admission in aiims without having to pay any nri fees?

Yes, definitely, you can get an admission in AIIMS but the fees are just as same like the Resident Indians who have to pay around 6000 rupees which includes the hostel and academic fees. The amount is only applicable for AIIMS if you want to know further you will have to check the fee structure of other medical colleges.
