Eligibility criteria for AIIMS MBBS 2018 exam is You should have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. Minimum aggregate marks OBC candidate need to score in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English in their class 12th or HSC examination must be 60%
