you can opt for any branch of your choice but I would advice you to take up a branch that suits your interest because you can get a way to deal with your disability in every branch so don't worry about it. however I would advice you to take up non core branches like cse, ece, it, etc. to lower down your struggles.

Actually I don't think that except IT, or CSE you can fit in any of the branches because all the other branches require much more vision power.

Total marks keep on varying of jee advanced so I can tell you in terms of rank, you need to score a rank under 100-130 in pwd category to jee advanced to just get into iit madras, if you wish to take cse then you need a rank under 4 in pwd category.

Yes, but iit madras is one of the best iit's so you need to work hard a little bit.
