As you completed diploma in electronic and telecommunications engineering after that for admission in direct second year admission of BE In college of Engineering, Pune , you have to participate in the DTE Maharashtra Counselling for admission in dsy B.E. This process is same like mhtcet Counselling to get admission be or btech first year. 15 percent Seats are reserved for dsy students. Participate in the Counselling and put coep in options of college ,if you have cutoff Score of coep you can get it.

You can get admission in COEP for lateral entry admission criteria. There is 15% seat reservation quota for direct second year admissions. You can apply there through either your diploma scores or you can appear for LEET exam that is for securing admission in colleges under lateral entry admission criteria
