I am a PCB student and i am interested in mass communication after 12th. Can i pursue it? If so then what is cut off percent ?

For a graduate degree in mass communication, it doesn't matter whether you're from science background or commerce background.
So, if you're from PCB, then that won't pose any problems. You are eligible for mass communication.
And the minimum cutoff percentage in colleges of Mumbai and pune is 50% in your 12th standard. Along with that you'll also be required to clear the entrance conducted by the particular university.
