• admission is given through the common entrance test conducted by the university every year.
• Senior Secondary School Certificate or an equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks in aggregate of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and in the subject concerned.

According to the eligibility criteria to get admission in jmi for BSc chemistry Honours a student must have clear the exam Which is senior secondary school examination or equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks in aggregate of physics chemistry and mathematics and in the subject concerned. So as you can see here you need to have mathematics as a subject if you want to get admission in jmi for BSc chemistry.

While to get admission in Aligarh Muslim University in BSc chemistry honours . Student must have completed their senior secondary School education or equivalent examination with at least 55% marks in aggregate of physics chemistry English and biology / mathematics. so you can take admission in Aligarh Muslim University as they are asking for either mathematics or biology. so as you had physics chemistry biology in your 12th so you are eligible to apply in Aligarh Muslim University.
