Hello, I hope you are doing fine, To become a Web Developer it does not matter what percentage you got in your class 12. Class 12th percentage is only required to take admission in colleges. If you are giving any competitive exam to take admission in some good colleges to get CSE branch in that case only they ask for minimum percentage according to their criteria.
If you wanna become a web developer you will have to study things yourself because colleges will not teach you how to develop websites or design web pages. Even your role would not be confirmed when you will join any company through college. So if you are interested in web development you must hone your skills yourself and then apply to the companies where the post of web developer is required.
Well to get a job in some tech companies you will have to hold some technical degree which is mandatory to get into the company. After 12th you can go for BTech CSE or BCA or BSc IT, etc. There are many courses out there. You will be taught many things like programming languages and Data Structure & Algo. which would help you in your web development.

Percentage are matter to get admission in good college and for placements criteria of companies. For become web developer there are many courses like bca , be, btech ,bsc in Computer Science etc. Percentage did matter in many ways of you study hard with passion and interest you had bright future ahead.

In order to become a Web developer your 12th class percentage matters but to an extent, it only helps you in being eligible to get admission in top institutions by clearing entrance exam.
To become a web developer:
Clear 10+2:
Candidate is required to successfully complete his/her 10+2 with physics, chemistry, and mathematics as compulsory subjects with a minimum of 60 percent aggregate from a recognised board of India. In order to get admission to national and state level universities, a candidate must score a minimum aggregate of 75 percent.
Entrance Examination
After completing 10+2, a candidate is required to take the entrance examination in order to get admission to any of the bachelors programmes across the country. There are various institutes across the country that offer admission to bachelor of engineering/technology in various disciplines to the eligible candidates. In order to be eligible, most universities use the criteria of entrance examination to examine and evaluate the candidature of a student.
