i am a permanent resident of UP and have done 10+2.Shall i apply for domicile to get gov. MBBS seat in UP ?

Yes, this is the only criteria for applying for domicile i.e. having permanent residence and academic qualification. You must apply for the domicile as soon as possible to avoid mess at the time of counselling as the paperwork take time. Hope you are satisfied with the information.
