Hello, Lateral entry scheme is intended to admit meritorious diploma holders to thesecond year of the B.Techhcourses to get a degree in engineering.
Eligibility criteria for B.Tech after diploma is The candidate must have passed three years of diploma course with aggregate score of 60% marks.
Candidates who are appearing for the final year diploma examination are also eligible to apply fordirect second year admission in engineering, with the condition that they should produce the provisional certificate at the time admission.
