Hello

You have failed in 12th means you haven't not passed 12th , so you cannot choose code 2 as it is for 12th passed student.

Now,
Private candidate are eligible for neet examination provided that they have passed in their compartment examination and after passing the compartment examination, their % in aggregate of PCB  i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology /biotechnology must be at least 50%  if belongs to general category , or   at least  40%  in aggregate of PCB if belongs to  Obc/ Sc /st category. For detailed information about neet examination eligibility, go through our page for which link is provided below; -

But,
In your case you have not even passed your class 12th board exam as a private candidate and you are going to appear as a private candidate for compartment 2021 so you can appear in NEET 2021 examination only if your compartment results are out by the time of counselling and then you will be eligible for counselling after qualifying neet only if you pass your compartment examination.

And if your compartment results will be out by the time of  counselling then you need to choose the code -1 because you haven't passed 12th yet and your result is awaited.

Now that,

limited time is left for neet 2021 , so you should be focusing on your preparation,

  • practising chapterwise questions

  • then revising the chapters,

  • solve at least previous 10 year neet question papers as concept behind the question often gets repeated in the examination so it will be of great help in your preparation  ,

  • go through neet mock test papers as it will let you know your preparation level and and weak areas so that you can work on them and perform well in your examination. To help you in your preparation we have neet knockout for you :- https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet-

Thank you

Himanshu kumar if you are going to have to appear in compartment examination of all the subjects then you need to fill your new roll number otherwise if you are going to appear in only one or two subjects compartment examination then you need to fill your class 12 with board examination roll number.
