see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on some of the factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category etc. every state govt colleges has around 85% seats reserve for domicile candidates. based on previous years score analysis of general category, you have no chances in any government colleges of west bengal of state quota or AI quota. however you may look for private colleges of karnataka, karnataka is an open state and counselling is conducts by KEA.
