As you have mentioned in your question that you have registered for CMC,Vellore. Now, you have to wait till the rank list is published by their official website. After the declaration of rank list, you will be asked to verify your documents. Since, you are applying for the minority seats, you need to produce your Caste Certificate. If your marks qualify the college's cut off, then you will surely get your admission done.
If you want to increase your chances for CMC, Vellore then do register for the AIQ counselling too.
You can also apply for the colleges listed below, as they offer seats under Christian Minority reservation.
1. St. John's Medical College, Bangaluru
2. Father Muller Medical College, Mangalore
