There is quite a low chance that you can get chance in MNNIT Allahabad since the cutoff for the college in cs stream remains about 4222 and for SC it is 932 to1861.However cutoff marks are a subject to change from year to year and also based on several factors.So as per your percentile you rank should come above 10k so chances are low.
