As per your said marks and as per the last year cutoff trend you have less chance of getting government medical college in odhisha state.
Last year the cutoff marks for the sc category under the state quota benefit was around to 420+ closing marks lowest for any college. As cutoff changes every year depends on the different variable factors, and you have little less marks than that. So you can hope for the best.
