I am a sc female candidate I got 3lakh 90 k rank in all India and my state rank is 18k can u suggest me that can I apply for round 2 is there any chance to get a seat or should I apply for state counseling

As per your All India rank I must say getting a decent college is nearly impossible and even if you get because of category quota that would not be a good college. If you have not applied yet then I would say apply for state counselling because chances of getting a good college is more. Incase you have applied for AIQ then I would suggest to apply for round 2 for state counselling .
