i am a sc female candidate .i got 72.14 percentile and 263439crl rank...i passed 10th and 12th from delhi . but my domicile certificate and sc certificate is from up.. but my caste is also under sc list of delhi... can i get home state quota with my scheduled caste??(jac delhi)

Yes , you can get home state quota as you passed your class 10th and 12th from Delhi only.
In order to get home state quota for higher education your Schooling should be done in the same state as of the College.
Since you have done it in Delhi , you are eligible for it and your cutoff would be less as compared to others.
