According to the percentile you have mentioned in a question your approximate rank would be near about 1,15,000 and on the basis of this rank and your category you cannot get neither CSE nor ECE branch in top 10 NITs. For getting admission to your required branch and college you need to score at least 97 percentile or more, so I would recommend you to sit in the second attempt of JEE-Main which is scheduled from September 1st-6th and try to hit the target of at least 97 percentile so that you will be eligible for admission to top NITs and required branches depending upon their cut-offs. Note that above prediction is totally based on previous years' cut-off trends because cut-offs for this year has not been released yet and cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors like number of candidates appeared in an examination, availability of seats, difficulty level of paper and so on.
