As per the details mentioned by you, your rank will be around 60,000 in CET at a percentile of 36%. If we go by previous year cut off at DY Patil College of Engineering, Pune, the the cut off is around 13,000 for engineering courses. So it is difficult for you to get into DY patil college. However, you can try for BE Production Engineering Sandwich course.
