BBA and B.Tech are undergraduate courses in different streams. BBA is in commerce stream while B.Tech is in science stream.

Choosing a course would depend on what you want to pursue as a career. You should choose the course towards which you are more inclined.

So first select the stream you want to work in and then you can select your undergraduate course.
