I am a second dropper.. means i passed my 12th in 2017.. am i eligible for bitsat2019?

I am sorry but NO, you arent eligible for BITSAT 2019. Their eligiblity criteria clearly states that ," Candidates who will be appearing for class 12 exam in 2019 or who have cleared the examination in 2018 are only eligible."
