See as per your percentile your ST rank is expected somewhere around 20k-25k but note that for accurate prediction we require your ST rank mentioned in your score card, so you can mention it is the comment section. Now on the basis of calculated ST rank any NIT is tad difficult.

Closing ST ranks of last year were like :-

Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology - Food Technology (6799)

Institute of Technology, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya (A Central University), Bilaspur, (C.G.) - Industrial and Production Engineering (6635)

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of latest cut-offs available on official website of JOSAA or CSAB and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
