You just have to contact the school that you want to join and they will let you know the procedure . You may have to show up at the board's regional office and get some papers also.
And yes , you should have a genuine reason for that also otherwise it will become difficult for you to take a permission for this as you know normally you have to do your +2 from same school and same board.
