Yes. you can give MHT-CET, but Outside Maharashtra candidate will not be eligible for Govt. or Govt. aided colleges.
You can apply for private colleges in maharashtra.

Students from other states can appear for MHCET. However, as a candidate from other state you should know that for such candidates seats are available only in private colleges. Students from other states are not eligible for government or government aided colleges.

Yes, you can apply for mhcet, however i would advise you to also appear for JEE MAIN as it is given higher preference at the time of admissions. You can get admitted through the ALL INDIA QUOTA by your score in JEE Main.
