I am a student from Jaipur and I can avail the state E W S certificate from Rajasthan so can I get admission to IIT Jodhpur in a EWS category or I need to apply for the central E W S certificate and also can i get admission in nit jaipur from state ews certificate

Dear student,
To take admission in an iit/nit/iiit/gfti you would need an ews certificate to avail the reservation for ews, the certificate should be issued by the central government and not by the state. You cannot give the state ews certificate. The central ews certificate will be valid in any part of India. It can be issued from any part of the country.
