I am a student of arts and I want to do web design and web development course then after that want to do full stack developer or block chain so my question is being a arts student can I do this couse ?? and also someone told me that mnc organization only hire BE and Btech candidates is it true ??

Courses like web designing and web development can be learnt by students from any background. These courses teach you its concepts and train you from a foundation level ,so the only prerequisite is your interest in technical or computer science area. And of course, you should be creative and innovative to flourish in this field. Being from arts background you will not have any restrictions . If you are not good with computer and technology , then it might take time for your to learn but otherwise nothing to worry. You should explore various career paths in these areas and take up courses which can promote that. And to the second part of your question, good companies will always look for talent, skills and your overall aptitude required for the job role. You must be a quick learner.You must be competent and good with your field knowledge to get a good job at a top MNC . There is no such rule as ,only B.Tech or BE graduates will be hired for jobs in this area. See to it that you take up such courses from a reputed online or offline institute which has good placements as well.
