Hope you are in best of your health, so the answer to your question is "CODE 5"

As you are a college student and want to give neet so you have to used the code 5 in NEET 2021.

Below given are the other codes for NEET 2021;

1)The qualifying code for NEET 2021 will be 2, which is for students who passed Class 12 in 2019 or before and are not pursuing any degree.

2)If droppers have passed Class 12 from CBSE, ICSE, or any other state board, the qualifying examination code for NEET 2021 is Code 2. The code should be 3 if they have finished the 10+2 qualifying exams as a PUC or pre-degree.

3)Code 5 , for college students with  bsc physics, chemistry , biology.
