Hai, don't get confused see both bsc botany and bsc agriculture are a important fields of science having vast opportunity in career wise. As you already in your second year after one year you will get it's bachelor degree so i will suggest you to carry your bsc botany degree as bsc agriculture has 4 years course you have to spend another years for this. In case of bsc botany u will also get admit in Msc botany section. Instead of choosing bsc agriculture
