I am a student of BTECH 1st year of a grade C engineering college. Can I get admission in better college in 2nd year ?

You can get good college after completing 1st year but you can change your college and get admission in 2nd year but you cannot your University which affiliated to your college .Otherwise give Jee main and score good marks and you can upgrade your college but in these case you have to study from 1st year onwards .
