Hi
Can you please help us with the name of the entrance examination for which you want to be eligible and you want to appear for?
Your profile suggests that your medicine aspirant so I am guessing that you are asking about Neet examination
No, you cannot be eligible for Neet examination by passing physics later on, if you don't have physics in your 10 + 2 . Leave passing physics examination later on, even if one doesn't have physics as core subject then he or she becomes ineligible for Neet examination as Neet eligibility criteria says that :-
Neet 2021 eligibility criteria says that, to be eligible you must should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology and English as core subjects and must have got at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if belongs to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st category.
Also, students with Biology as an additional /optional subject in 12th board examination are provisionally eligible for Neet examination until the supreme court give its judgement over the eligibility of students with Biology as an additional subject.

Do you still want to be eligible for neet?
Here's the solution :-
if you want to be eligible for Neet , I would suggest you to give NIOS on demand examination for 12th with all the 5 subjects including physics ,chemistry biology and English and for the 5th subject you can choose any subject of your choice like Hindi ,Sanskrit, maths or any other subject and after passing, if you fulfill the aforesaid percentage requirement in PCB aggressive i. e 50 % for general and at least 40 % for obc/sc/st then you will be eligible for neet and can get admission in MBBS on the basis of marks obtained by you in the Neet examination .
Thank you
