First of all you had not written why you should need compartment exam if you dont know about compartment then we will discuses briefly and you will get your point

In annual exams, if a student fails in one or two exams then he/she can apply for compartment exam. This exam is the second chance to pass the exam of a subject or two and save a year of academic study.

but you are already passed  your 10th class and 12th in regular mode but if you will fail in 12th one subjects then you can appear for the supplementary exam .
