Hello student yes Haryana board is a recognized board so you're eligible to take admission in GB Pant University as eligibility criteria says - Candidates must passed or appearing class 12 with physics chemistry and mathematics or biology subjects from a recognized board.

but on filling the admission form it ask to select a category which have only two options
1- ward of j&k and
2- ward of j&k residency
