Hi,
As per prescribed eligibility criteria, the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) exam is meant for candidates who have completed 3-year or 5-year LLB graduation.
All those who has been enrolled with State bar council are required to appear in All India Bar Exam (AIBE) conducted by Bar Council Of India . AIBE is a qualifying exam and after passing it one gets Certificate of Practice (CoP) which is a licence to practice as a lawyer permanently.
Qualifying Exam: Candidate should possess the full time LL. B degree from any institution from any state which is recognized by the Bar Council of India (BCI). Minimum Marks: There will be no minimum marks criteria in the qualifying examination. Attempts: Candidates must appear as many times as it requires.
Hope this helps
Wish you luck
