Hello Aspirant,
See TMA stands for Tutor Marked Assessment which carries 20% of the weightage in External Examination. Though these will be shown separately on the marks list but they are to be added in the marks obtained in Theory and practical and so they will be considered in determining NEET Eligibility criteria which means that TMA marks are valid and considered for NEET .
As per the eligibility criteria for NEET the candidate must have passed his/her class 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as mandatory subjects with minimum aggregate of 50% for Unreserved category 40% for OBC/SC/ST and 45% for PwD. Also note that the English subject should also be there in the curriculum because it will be considered as core subject.
So as you have mentioned that you got total 55% marks in class 12th then you are eligible if and only if you have also secured the 55% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology now if the result includes the TMA marks then also you are eligible because your total result of PCB is considered while determining the eligibility criteria of NEET.

Hi
TMA i. e Tutor Marked Assignment is a part of Stream-I of NIOS and is a part of your nios result too , there are 4 columns in your result the 1st one is for theory marks, the 2nd one is for practical marks and the 3rd one is TMA and the 4th one is for your total marks and as TMA is a part of your total marks, so it will be considered. So, you don't need to worry about that.
But what is your aggregate marks or percentage in PCB i. e in physics chemistry and Biology? you have just mention that you have got 55% in overall but your overall marks/ percentage is not considered for Neet eligibility criteria.
To be eligible for neet,
you must have passed 12th board qualifying examination with physics, chemistry ,biology and English and must have got at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology in 12th examination if belongs to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st category.
Also, to be eligible for neet 2021 ,one has to be at least 17 years or more old by 31st December 2021.
So, if you fulfill the above aforesaid percentage requirement in PCB then you are eligible for Neet examination otherwise not.
