Hello Aspirant,
JEE-Main 2020 cut-offs has not released yet so I can guide you according to previous year's cut-offs. As per the data given by you about yourself you need to have rank in the range from of 1500-1800 because last year's cut-off for Home state ST category Males was 1868 and for Female it was 1603. You can also check these cut-off from the link given below :-

You can also use JEE-Main College Predictor to predict your college more precisely :-

On the basis of rank it is little bit difficult to predict marks because now marks are not declared only percentiles are declared so you should have more than 92 percentile.
Note that all above predictions are based on previous year's cut-off and cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
I hope this information helps you.
Good Luck!!
Hello,
In 2019 the cut off rank in round 7 for home state ST category to get admission to Computer Science Engineering in NIT, Silchar was 1869. Cut off doesn't remain the same it may increase or decrease depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam, number of seats available etc.
So you need to secure a better rank then previous year cut off rank. You need to score minimum 90 percentile in JEE Main and in terms of terms it should be in between 90-110 marks or more as to have more chances of getting a decent rank.
Last year the closing cutoff rank of CSE for ST student with home state quota was around 1850 rank(ST rank).
So you could except around the same this year too.
