Yes, you can apply for MHT CET 2018

But you cannot apply for KCET 2018 because in this only those candidates can apply who have a domicile certificate of Karnataka and also must have studied and passed from a recognized institution situated in Karnataka only.

You are not eligible to appear in KCET as it is restricted to Karnataka candidates only. However, you can appear in MHT CET as "outside candidate"
