Hello Aspirant,
See if you have been allotted a seat in NEET UG AIQ counselling and you do not join it and take an exit then you will be eligible for further rounds of state quota counselling of West Bengal. But note that once you join the allotted seat in any of the counselling either that is of All India or it is of state quota, then you will become ineligible for all further rounds of all NEET UG counselling.
So if you want to appear for further rounds of counselling of then you should not join the allotted seat so that you can take part in another counselling.

But I want to know is it mandatory to seat in the NEET Examination in a center of West Bengal for getting West Bengal State Quata? I want to seat in a centre of Rajasthan and want to be eligible for the West Bengal State Quata.
