Dear aspirant
Until unless you don't pass all of your class 12th subject and are eligible for promotion in higher classes, till then you can't get admission in any medical College of India.
The class 12 percentage required for NEET 2022 exam is separate for each category and can be listed as under. NEET eligibility marks in class 12 to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects
UR - 50%,
OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
PWD - 45%
This is the basic educational qualification you should meet to get admission in any medical College.
As supplimentary students also you will get eligible for te admission in medical College but you need to score above mentioned marks in PCB subject.
Now this year you will be not eligible for taking admission as of now you are ineligible because of failing of your class 12th exam and supplementary exam, results declaration all will take time which you don't have this year now.
I am saying this because once counseling get started you will have to upload your class 12th marks and you will have documents verification before the admission,so you will not able to produce the necessary documents.
Although once you pass your supplementary exam and fulfill eligibility criteria you can attend the exam next year and take admission in medical College, you will not have to pay any donation or extra fees.
