Hi dear,
I hope you are doing good. Now Coming to your query, Yes dear cutoff varies for AU local candidate and SVU local candidate for the AU region colleges. If the student is of the same region of college then he will be given more preference compared to other regions. For eg in your query, AU candidate will be given more preference which means his cutoff rank is high in number compared to SVU candidate. However, In every region colleges, some seats will be reserved for other region Colleges also but more seats are reserved for their own region students.
