To get into IIT Madras, you first need to give JEE Mains and crack it. Then your next step is to give JEE Advance and crack it too. Both are pretty tough exams and that's why you would have to get under 220 rank in General-PwD category. (Since, you haven't mentioned your caste, I am assuming it to be general. But if you are OBC or Sc or ST, you will get some leverage there.)

Hi,
Cut off rank for your category would be 3500. Telling score would be difficult because every year the JEE Advance pattern slightly changes so that they can surprise the students, they change the total marks of the paper and because of that the qualifying marks also change.
