Hey,
Based on previous year data, with 520 marks you may get a rank between 74929-82675. You can also predict your rank by using NEET Rank Predictor https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-rank-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_rp
Since you did not mention your category, I am assuming you are from general category.
Last year the cut off rank for general category was around 15000 for BDS government colleges through All India Quota. So based on this, it is quite difficult for you to get government dental colleges through All India Counselling. However, you can surely get management quota medical and dental seats in deemed universities through All India Counselling for Deemed Universities. To get a complete list of colleges in which you can get a MBBS/BDS seat, you can use NEET College Predictor https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_cp
It is important to know that nothing fixed can be said until this years' NEET Results come out. Since cut off and ranks are subject to change every year depending on the difficulty level of the paper, the performance of the students and the number of seats available. For example, in 2019 520 marks corresponded to a rank between 37780-38736 while in 2020 with same marks the ranks inflated up to 82000.
This ebook serves as a valuable study guide for NEET exams, specifically designed to assist students in light of recent changes and the removal of certain topics from the NEET exam.
