Yes ofcourse these subjects will affect your eligibility in every university and college. For pursuing CS you will have to choose either of the 2 i.e B.Tech Computer Science or B.Sc Computer Science.
For both these degrees the eligibity is that the candidate must have qualified class 12th exams with Science subjects I.e Physics, chemistry and maths For Btech you will have to take JEE exam and its eligibility criteria is PCM in class 12th.

So it is suggested that if you wish to go for CS then you must take pure science subjects in class 11th and 12th
