Hello,
In the first place, do not be depressed. This is the point of life, where your morale also defines whether you can make it or not.
Studying for 10-12 hours is good, but it shouldn't make you tired. You need to check how much productive work you are doing in a day.
To improve you AIATS score, start analyzing where you are going wrong. You might as well read NCERT to brush up your basics. This will be very helpful for your Boards also. Also pay attention to the analysis that you get from Aakash institute.
One reason for getting low marks might be that your are trying to attempt everything just like that and not doing strategic preparation. Seek help from your mentors in this regard if you find any fault within you.
Since you mentioned that you are working for 10-12 hours, make sure you are taking proper breaks. This will help you without you realizing it.
For Board exams, since you are in Aakash already, you can just read your NCERT and try some sample papers from online or do previous questions from Arihant books. This will be good enough for sure.
Go through these motivating articles on NEET for help regarding balancing your work load and making effective plan.
