There are lakhs of people who are at better place than you, do you think about them ? Obviously not.So, just like that don't think about what your friend is doing. You have to focus on yourself. There is no shortcut to success and Rome wasn't built in a day.You cannot control things that are not in your hand but you can control what you can do. Instead of thinking and wasting time in these unnecessary stuffs, you should focus on your preparation.
Good thing is you are just 21, and you have plenty of time left to prepare. Having weakness is not a big deal as all of us have certain weaknesses but we can work on it and strengthen that area with determination,hardwork, practice and perseverance. So, focus on yourself and keep doing hardwork without thinking about outcomes.
Do meditation to calm you mind and stay happy.

Never loose Hope. We always learn from our failures. We all are humans not God. Every one make mistakes . We should learn from our mistakes, failures are for going ahead with more accuracy and more confidence.  You are preparing for Banking entrance exam, work hard . Study with Keen interest, forget about past. You know when we think " I can't do that ". We loose 50% of our battle and if we think

" I can Do that" . We are one step ahead to achieve success. Please make up your mind to get your Goal, forget about other things

For improving English there are many online  English classes . Start learning basic Grammer, practice hard.

Very important thing is that never compare yourself to your friends. God has sent every one with some specialities and skills. You must be possessing few qualities that your friends don't possess.  Be yourself. Think about whatever you own. Thank God for your belongings.
