I am aiming to become an astronaut. can I do EEE OR ECE at UG level for taking AEROSPACE enggneering at PG level.

According to me you may consider B.tech ece for further education M.tech Aerospace because through ECE you would get knowledge related to wireless communication programme which having  very important role in Aerospace domain.
