I am also having the same problem lost my roll no I have sent an email to mentioned site yesterday they not yet replied help me out
Dear Ishika, we understand your situation. There have been lakhs of students who have appeared for the exam and thousands who might have lost their roll number. The helpdesk usually takes 24-72hrs to respond. That is their usual turn around time. Few candidates have actually heard from the helpdesk. At this point in time waiting is the only option. You may as well try checking if you are able to download the admit card once again.

If your query is regarding to NEET Results (2019), there is no need to worry. You can simply go to the link given here (https://cdn3.digialm.com/EForms/configuredHtml/1815/57907/login.html) and try logging in with your user-id and password. There you can access your admit card which will have the roll number written on it. Let us know if you are stuck with anything else.
