I am an aakashian and prepare for neet 2021 . I always score 350-400 in aiats ,but I wish to score 700 in neet . I give 10-12 hrs of study everyday. I am very depressed now and sometimes also have suicidal thought. How can I overcome this situation and improve myself

Hello,

I know this is little tough for you but relax and take a deep breath.

Its ok to be little worried about results but don't think that this situation is life or death.

  • Work in short bursts: take breaks within your study schedule. Like 45 minute's study so 15 minutes otherwise you mind would not remember all things.
  • Exercise and eat well:When we study, we often do it sitting down. The problem with this is that being in the same position all day is not good for your body. so stretch and eat healthy food rather than junk. Drink plenty of water and juice to stay hydrated.
  • Create a study plan:Your study plan should also take into consideration any commitments and activities you have, like exercise, work, social gatherings, and anything else you do daily.  make it something you can follow easily.
  • Avoid distraction: mobile , laptops , television, Facebook, whatsapp all things should be kept shut. Study in a quiet atmosphere.
  • Relaxation is important when you’re trying to focus and succeed in your studies, especially before bed.
  • You should aim to sleep at least eight hours every night. Try breathing exercises, taking a shower or bath, or drinking camomile tea before bed to help you sleep better.
