If u are able to get marks above 120 u have 80% chances of getting a seat in AIIMS but for Delhi it should be 150+ for general 145+ for OBC 140+ for sc and St must have 130+ gud luck for AIIMS I am also appearing in 2019 I will be there to give u a tough fight. Gud luck

Basically,every year the cutoff fluctuate it depends upon then question paper. So prepare your best . Generally general cutoff basically is around 170 .
