According to the information bulletin for the Undergraduate Admissions through CUET in DU, this is the eligibility criteria for BSc Mathematics -
Candidates must appear in CUET in the following subject combination: Any one language from List A + Mathematics + Any two subjects out of which one should be from List B1
Merit will be based on the CUET scores obtained from the above-mentioned combination of subjects.
Now, these are the concerned List A and List B -
LIST A : Candidates must appear in at least one language from the following:
Arabic, Gujarati, Manipuri, Assamese, Sindhi, Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, Spanish, Italian, Nepali, Bodo, Tamil, Japanese, Odiya, Chinese, Telugu, Kannada, Persian, Dogri, Tibetan, Kashmiri, Punjabi, English, Urdu, Konkani, Russian, French, Maithili, Sanskrit, German, Malayalam, Santhali.

Now, if you satisfy the above mentioned eligibility criteria (Since I do not know about the rest of your subjects from Arts stream, you can check them for yourself) then you can definitely pursue Mathematics Honors from DU.
