I am an arts student in class 12th but I can clear the on demand exam of maths and physics in Nios.So after that Can I become eligible for technical branch in Nda like in Air Force?

Well as far as eligibility for NDA is concerned and that too air force, the major requirement is for students to have mathematics as their high school subject. Since you were an arts student, I don't think you will be able to apply cause you might not be eligible for the admission application.
